Tzveti Gintcheva

Born and raised in Sofia, Tzveti Gintcheva has inherited much of her passion for foods and their preparation from a deep rooted culinary tradition spanning from the Greek Mediterranean to Danube and the Carpat Mountains to the Black Sea.

In Pittsburgh Tzveti started her restaurant work eight years ago, with Chef Toni Pais (James Beard Award) at Baum Vivant and Cafe Zao, and later moved on to work with Chef Paul Krawick at our beloved Cafe Du Jour. Most recently Tzveti has helped open Chef Richard Chens’ (from the Five Star Wing Lei at The Wynn Las Vegas) fine dinning debut here, in Pittsburgh and is currently working with Executive Chef Simon Lewis.

Tzvetis’ personal style of preparation and unique choice of ingredients, along with her knowledge acquired through traveling and working with creative cooks and great chefs, will delight you and your guests with an exquisite culinary experience.
